Privacy.

Nothing until you hand it over. Two forms ask for anything: the contact form takes a name, an email, an optional company, and your message; the newsletter takes an email. Our servers also keep ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, so the site stays up and abuse can be throttled.

There is no analytics on this site, no advertising network, and no tracking pixel. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell what you send us, and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

To answer you, and to send the newsletter you asked for. That is the whole list. If you write to us about a project, we keep the thread as long as the conversation is useful.

Three services, each acting on our instructions and under its own terms: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person and not a script submitted the contact form, Resend delivers our mail and holds the newsletter list, and our hosting provider serves these pages.

The site sets none of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set one while it verifies a contact form submission; it is used for that and nothing else.

Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe. To see, correct, or delete anything else we hold, write to hello@noktah.ai and we will answer within thirty days.

We date this page whenever it changes. Using the site after a change means the version dated below is the one that applies. The companion page is Terms.
